Tonight at 10:30 p.m. ET on ESPN a Western Conference heavyweight fight will get underway between the Dallas Mavericks (33-17) and Golden State Warriors (37-8) at ORACLE Arena. Dallas' defense will face one of the toughest tests of the season when they try to take down the top team in the West in their own building, where they are 22-2. The Warriors have the top-scoring offense in the NBA, and first-year head coach Steve Kerr said perusing his team's stats each day is a pleasure.

"I love the box score. I love having a lot of different guys scoring and not having all the points concentrated on a few guys," Kerr said. "It just makes us hard to guard."

While the entire team contributes to the 111 points the Warriors score on average, the "Splash Bros." Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson lead the way. They score 46 points a night combined, and rain six 3-pointers per game.

Making matters worse for the Mavericks, point guard Rajon Rondo is expected to miss extended time with facial injuries suffered after taking a knee to the face from teammate Richard Jefferson. J.J. Barea started in his stead, but didn't shoot very well from the field.

"I need to relax a little bit. I think I had some opening looks that didn't go down," Barea said. "I think I did a great job of moving the ball around." He was just 4-of-14 from the floor in a six-point win over the Timberwolves, their second straight victory sans Rondo.
