NBA All Star Week Schedule: Who and What To Expect From The Slam Dunk, Three Point, And Other Contests [VIDEO]

The NBA's biggest party kicks off in the nation's biggest city this weekend. New York City will play host for the 2015 NBA All Star Game Weekend, featuring the game's brightest stars going toe-to-toe in a great lineup of competitions.

The action kicks off on Friday with this year's Celebrity Game at Madison Square Garden. Familiar faces like Kevin Hart, Abhishek Bachchan, Chadwick Boseman, Mo'ne Davis, Skylar Diggins, Blake Leeper, Chris Mullin, and Robert Pera are all expected to partake. The star-studded squads will be coached by Spike Lee & Carmelo Anthony and ESPN personalities Mike Greenberg and Mike Golic, respectively. You can catch that game live on ESPN at 7 pm.

After the celebs are finished, the ESPN broadcast continues the Rising Stars Game, live from Brooklyn's Barclays Center. A USA-staffed team featuring greenhorns like Michael Carter-Williams, Trey Burke and Victor Olapido will face off against a team of young foreigners like Steve Adams, Dante Exum, and Andrew Wiggins.

If you don't have Valentine's Day dinner plans on Saturday night, tune in to TNT at 8:30 for the Shooting Stars, Skills, Slam Dunk, and Three Point Shooting competitions. Minnesota's Zach LeVine is the favorite for the Dunk Contest, while Golden State "Splash Brothers" teammates Steph Curry and Klay Thompson are sure to put on a sharpshooting performance for the ages in the Three Point competition.

And then there's the game itself. 8:30 pm, Sunday night, on TNT. The West has dominated the East over the course of the 2014-15 regular season; will the year's All Star Game feature a similar result. You'll have to be there watching to find out.
