Now that he is no longer spending all of his time training for his professional soccer career, Donovan has had some time to spend with girlfriend Hannah Bartell. And according to TMZ, the couple recently got engaged.
Donovan decided to finally pop the question to Bartell, and she apparently had no problem saying yes to his proposal. Donovan posted on his Facebook after the engagement: "I recently got engaged to the love of my life, Hannah. I have never been this happy and I'm excited for our future together!"

Hannah is a hotel sales executive, and she and Donovan have been dating for over a year-and-a-half. The couple has been spotted in public before, and they have always looked happy when they were seen together.
This will be the second marriage for Donovan, who was previously married to a woman named Bianca. The couple divorced in 2011, but they are apparently still on friendly terms. Hopefully that does not become an issue for Hannah now that she and Donovan are all set to tie the knot.
