The internet has gone absolutely apoplectic over Derek Jeter's girlfriend Hannah Davis and her 2015 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit magazine cover. The photo-shoot features the 24-year-old supermodel slowly pulling down her bikini bottoms. Even in our increasingly desensitized culture, more than a few eyebrows were raised at just how suggestive the picture came across.

Davis, however, doesn't get the controversy.
"Don't take [the cover] so seriously," she said to her would-be haters on CNBC last week. "You can't see anything,"
The magazine's publisher, Brendan Ripp, echoed the model's statements. "We've been doing this for 51 years, and for all 51 covers people have various opinions," he said. "We're comfortable with that."

Hannah Davis and Derek Jeter have been dating on-and-off since 2013. She was present at Yankee Stadium for his final home game as a New York Yankee, and the two were seen partying in Manhattan during Valentine's Day. Jeter's already dated a host of beautiful celebrities like Vida Guerra, Jordana Brestwer, Mariah Carey, and Minka Kelly, but Davis might be his most stunning catch yet.
