March Madness 2015 Live Stream FREE Watch Online: East and South Region Games

March Madness continues with a slate of Round 3 games on Sunday in the East and South regions as the 2015 NCAA men's basketball tournament rolls on.

Here is the list of games in both regions on Sunday and links of where you can watch them:

12:10 p.m. ET: No. 7 Michigan State vs. No. 2 Virginia can be live streamed for free here.
Virginia (30-3, 16-2 ACC) is coming off of a 79-67 victory over Belmont on Friday. Anthony Gill paced the Cavaliers with 16 points in the triumph. 
Michigan St. (24-11, 12-6 Big 10) enters on the heels of a 70-63 win over Georgia on Friday. Denzel Valentine led the way for the Spartans with 16 points in the victory.

2:40 p.m. ET: No. 8 San Diego State vs. No. 1 Duke can be live streamed for free here.
Duke (30-4, 15-3 ACC) defeated Robert Morris 85-56 on Friday. Quinn Cook had a team-best 22 points in the win.
San Diego State (27-8, 14-4 MW) comes in on the heels of a 76-64 victory over St. John's on Friday. J.J. O'Brien led the Aztecs with 18 points in the triumph.

6:10 p.m. ET: No. 11 Dayton vs. No. 3 Oklahoma can be live streamed for free here.
Oklahoma (23-10, 12-6 Big 12) topped Albany 69-60 on Friday to get here. TaShawn Thomas paved the way for the Sooners by putting up 18 points.
Dayton (27-8, 13-5 A 10) enter this game after beating Providence 66-53 on Friday. Dyshawn Pierre notched a team-best 20 points in the win.

7:10 p.m. ET: No. 7 Iowa vs. No. 2 Gonzaga can be live streamed for free here.
Gonzaga (33-2, 17-1 WCC) disposed of North Dakota State 86-76 on Friday to get here. 
Kyle Wiltjer bolstered the Bulldogs with 23 points in the triumph. 
Iowa comes in on the back of an 83-52 drubbing of Davidson on Friday. Aaron White put up a team-best 26 points for the Hawkeyes.

9:40 p.m. ET: No. 5 UNI vs. No. 4 Louisville can be live streamed for free here.
Louisville comes in off of a 57-55 win over UC Irvine on Friday. Wayne Blackshear led the way for the Cardinals with 19 points. 
UNI dismantled Wyoming 71-54 on Friday to advance in the tournament. Paul Jesperson put up a team-best 16 points in the win.
