Desperate for reinforcements, Roberto Mancini is looking to his former club. According to Gazzetta dello Sport (via Goal Transfer Talk), the Inter Milan boss is preparing a £43.5 million offer for midfielder Yaya Toure.

Mancini, who managed Toure to a Premier League title in 2012, has been keen on landing his services since March.
"Yaya Touré? He's played in almost every league except for Germany and Italy," the Internazionale coach said. "If, as seems to be the case, he wants to try Serie A, we'll look into the possibility [of signing him], but it won't be easy. He's a player with incredible technical ability. I've not come across many like him."

The pillaging of City players, however, wouldn't end with there.
According to the Daily Mirror, Inter are also interested in signing Stevan Jovetic on loan, despite the fact that City are seeking a permanent deal.
Jovetic, 25, has fallen out of favor under Manuel Pellegrini. After being left out of the Champions League roster, the Montenegrin striker voiced his displeasure publicly.
"I deserve to play in the Champions League," Jovetic said (via the Daily Mail). "I know that. The manager has killed me with this decision. I feel I deserve my place and other people have told me the same. People have told me I am a great player, but it is clear that the manager doesn't think the same way. I am very disappointed, even now. I don't think it was a good decision, nor the right decision."
"I know that I deserve to be on the list," he added. "I told the manager this, but he didn't want to listen to me. I came here to play in the Champions League."
Unfortunately for Jovetic, he hasn't played much at all this campaign. The 25-year-old has just nine starts and 787 combined minutes in league play. He is the more likely of the two to join Mancini at Milan, and would serve as an immediate upgrade for a club looking to prominence.
