Chicago Bears quarterback and former Laguna Beach reality star Kristin Cavallari hit the beach, and posted a photo to Instagram for all their fans and followers to see.
Cavallari looked to be in the best shape of her life, rocking a teeny tiny black bikini and a pair of stunner shades. The other one in the picture is her little man, Camden, the couple's oldest of two sons.

"There's no real secret, I work my butt off in the gym," she recently told E! News about her fitness regimen. "I woke up at 5:30 a.m. and went and walked uphill on the treadmill for 30 minutes."
