Reports indicate that the following was taped Tuesday night for the edition of SmackDown that is set to air this Thursday from Rhode Island as the WWE counts down to Extreme Rules this Sunday live from the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Ill.

In the main event, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose defeated WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and Luke Harper in a tag team match after Reigns hit "The Architect" with a spear and pinned him.
Rollins opened the show with a promo, but Kane interrupted him and set up a match between the two, asking the WWE World Heavyweight Champion to lay down for him like the Big Red Machine did for him on RAW.
Before the match could happen, Kane changed his mind and said Rollins had a new opponent: Ambrose. The "Lunatic Fringe" vs. Rollins match was interrupted when Harper attacked Ambrose, leading to a brawl. Reigns then made the save and the tag team main event was booked.
In other action, Neville and Dolph Ziggler defeated Bad News Barrett and Sheamus in a tag team match while Kofi Kingston overcame Cesaro in a singles bout.
Elsewhere on the program, Ryback topped Rusev via disqualification after the Bulgarian Brute used the Russian chain to attack "The Big Guy." After the contest was over, Rusev used the chain and applied The Accolade on Ryback.
In Divas action, Naomi defeated Natalya in a one-on-one confrontation.
This episode of SmackDown airs just three nights before Extreme Rules and helped further the build up to the show.
