We had sunny skies in Grenada for the first time in this second test series between England and the host nation West Indies, so there was plenty of cricket to catch on day three.
In the two squads' first test, England came out of the gate hot before cooling in days four and five, allowing the Windies to come back to force a draw by match's end.
This test so far has seen an inverse of this trajectory, with the English beginning things a little slowly, before opening up a performance of dominance on day three. By late in the day's action they stood 280/3 to the West Indies' 299.
