The TCU student and part-time fashion model has been dating Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel for almost a year now. The two are frequently photographed together at sporting events and out partying—or, at least, they used to be. Johnny Manziel himself isn’t doing much partying since entering (and subsequently being released from) rehab for ten weeks this past month.

Manziel is out of the limelight focusing on the impending Browns mini-camp and his attempts to win back the team’s starting gig, but Crowley made a stir on Instagram Thursday night by posting a selfie that showcased a brand new tattoo.
Though there was no caption to confirm it, the new ink looks awfully like a heartbeat that morphs into Johnny Manziel’s signature. Plenty of commenters noticed the same thing.
