The couple stayed mum on their relationship in the ensuing media storm, but fans finally got confirmation of their relationship at yesterday's White House State Dinner.
People originally thought that Wilson would be taking Ciara as his plus-one to Saturday night's White House Correspondents Dinner, but the 26-year-old Super Bowl champ took his grandmother instead.
