WWE.com later revealed that Daniel Bryan's vacant Intercontinental Championship will be up for grabs in the structure while there will also be a Tag Team Championship bout inside the chamber.
On top of that, the company guaranteed that United States Champion John Cena will compete and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship will be defended, but not in chamber matches.

Bryan revealed on RAW that he will not be able to defend the title due to his injury and that there is no timetable for his return, leading to a decision for him to relinquish the gold.
In our projected card for Elimination Chamber, the six Superstars to duke it out or the Intercontinental Championship include King Barrett, Neville, Sheamus, Dolph Ziggler, Dean Ambrose and Bray Wyatt.
For the Tag Team Championship Chamber Match, The New Day will defend against Tyson Kidd & Cesaro, Luke Harper & Erick Rowan, Macho Mandow & Curtis Axel, The Ascension and The Lucha Dragons.
For the WWE World Heavyweight Championship bout, assuming Rollins makes it out of Payback this Sunday with the gold, he will defend it against Roman Reigns in a singles match.
As for Cena, he'll escape Payback as United States Champion and put it on the line in yet another open challenge, which will be answered by Randy Orton.
