Paige has been pushing for change in the Divas division and it appears as though her current storyline may lead to the debut of an NXT Diva.

According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, there is a lot of speculation that Paige's current story arc will lead to one of the NXT Divas getting a call up.
It is likely that one of the Divas will be Charlotte, Bayley, Becky Lynch or NXT Women's Champion Sasha Banks, but it's unknown which of them will get the call up.

There were rumors a few months back that Charlotte was due for a main roster push, but thus far nothing has materialized.
Paige has recently called for change in the Divas division and the WWE has booked her to try to wrestle the Divas Championship away from Nikki Bella, who has held onto the gold since the Survivor Series on Nov. 23.
Nikki and her sister Brie Bella have successfully thwarted off Paige due to the use of Twin Magic, but she has still been written to look strong thus far despite the fluke losses.
The most recent development in the storyline saw every WWE Diva turn their backs on Paige when she tried to rally for change in a backstage segment on Monday Night RAW this week.
The two-time Divas Champion then went against both Bella Twins in a losing effort.
It's uncertain how the NXT Diva will play into this storyline, but it's logical that Paige will recruit one of them in her effort to bring down The Bella Twins, now that the main roster Divas turned on her.
The WWE will likely keep the gold on Nikki until she surpasses AJ Lee for the longest reigning Divas Champion in history. Lee's reign spanned 295 days and she dropped the belt to Paige in her debut on April 7, 2014.
Lee recently retired from the WWE, likely due to company doctor Chris Amann's defamation lawsuit against her husband CM Punk, so the WWE is looking to make new history with the title.
Nikki surpassed Beth Phoenix's 204-day reign for third all-time on the list and in her 206th day, she has her sights on Maryse (216 days) for second all-time.
When all is said and done, it appears one of the young, up-and-coming Divas will benefit from this storyline.
