Per the report, the reigning Europa League champions are seeking €30 million. Milan have only offered €22 million plus defender Adil Rami.

Sporting director Monchi made it abundantly clear that won't be enough to pry Bacca from Seville.

"If anyone wants to buy him, they don't even have to tell us. They can pay his clause with the league," Monchi told Marca reporters (via Football España). "I don't know what will happen. He's averaged 25 goals in the last two years. I hope no one does pay the clause."

"He signed a new contract 10 months ago, so he's happy here."

Monchi even went as far as admitting the club is interested in adding to its strike force, not diminish it.

"That is what we propose, but it doesn't have to be an out-and-out forward, but someone who gives us options by playing multiple positions."

Bacca proved to be an integral part of Sevilla's European and domestic success last season. In 45 appearances across both competitions, the 28-year-old finished with 27 goals and nine assists. A true point-man, the Colombian will go a long way in rectifying Milan's descendancy to irrelevance.
