The latest sneak peek at Total Divas Season 4 is an interesting one as Diva Natalya hires a dominatrix, much to the chagrin of her husband Tyson Kidd.

In the teaser for the season premiere, Natalya hires a hearing impaired dominatrix named Adina to teach her some moves that she could use in the ring.
The decision doesn't sit well with Kidd.

Kidd is used as the subject as Natalya tries to find her inner-authoritarian and according to US Weekly, the couple's safe word is "cat."
"Let's use him as an example," Adina says in the trailer while trying to get Kidd to act like a cat.
Later she yells, "Get on your f---ing knees!"
.In the end, Kidd gets upset and storms out of the house after the altercation.
The season premiere will also focus on The Bella Twins and their situation in regard to quitting the WWE as well as the drama surrounding Eva's new role, which sends ripples down the Divas division.
The WWE is billing this year's slate of episodes as "the most combustible season of the year." Naomi is set to return to the cast this season while Cameron and Rosa Mendes have departed as series regulars.
This year's cast will consist of The Bella Twins, Natalya, Naomi, Eva Marie, Alicia Fox and Paige.
Season 4 opens up with the premiere and 46th episode of the series overall, called "Diva Divide" on July 7 at 9 p.m. ET on E! Network.
