The two clubs built a functional relationship following the sale of Mario Balotelli, and all signs point to another future deal.
Alex Witsel

According to Metro, Chelsea's billionaire owner is determined to land Alex Witsel and will personally fly to St. Petersburg to seal a deal with the 26-year-old. Witsel has been tracked by several heavyweight clubs, including AC Milan, but remains a Zenit St. Petersburg asset.

Stefan Savic
At least one player is interested in joining the Rossoneri. According to Milan News (via 90 min), Savic is interested in a move to the San Siro. His agent Zarko Pelicic said as much on Wednesday.
"Stefan would like to join Milan, as he would any of Europe's top clubs, but a transfer does not depend only on him," Pelicic said. "We'll see what happens in future."
