Barcelona Transfer News: Javier Mascherano €15 Million AS Roma Offer, Arda Turan Leaving on Loan and More

It's more about players going out than coming in for Barcelona. From the Premier League to Serie A, clubs are looking to pick apart the reigning European Champions.

Below are all the latest transfer rumors surrounding the Catalan giants.

Arda Turan

Arda Turan joined Barcelona from Atletico Madrid after agreeing to a €34-million move, but with Barcelona still suffering from a transfer ban, the 28-year-old will be unable to feature in the scarlet and blue until January.

In order to keep him match fit, club president Josep Maria Bartomeu is open to the possibility of sending him out on loan.

"[Loaning him out] is a possibility, but the final decision must be made by coach Luis Enrique and it must be a purely technical decision.," Bartomeu told RAC1 (via Mirror). "It must be a team not playing in the Champions League."

Javier Mascherano

Another player potentially departing the Nou Camp is Javier Mascherano. According to Gazzetta dello Sport (via Forza Italian Football), AS Roma have made contact with Barcelona in attempt to lure the 31-year-old away.

Per the report, it would take a fee of €15 million and an annual salary of €3.5 million plus bonuses to do so.

Pedro

Pedro's future at Barcelona remains very much in doubt.

"It's true I have received important offers, but don't want to say more out of respect for my club," he said. "My situation is complicated because I want to play a lot of minutes, but that is becoming very difficult at Barcelona."

It would become very difficult at Chelsea as well, but that won't stop manager Jose Mourinho. According to the Mirror, Chelsea are eyeing a £20 million move for the Spanish international.
