It's become a war of male vs. female in the controversy between Future and the Russell Wilson-Ciara dynamic.
Some celebrities are weighing in on whether Ciara should be exposing her son with rapper Future Zahir, to her new boyfriend Russell Wilson, the Seahawks' starting quarterback.
Rapper Future's rants about Russell Wilson and Ciara just a ploy to sell records?
The rap star has been critical of the couple exposing his son to Wilson, saying they are using him as a promotional stunt. Future, in turn, has been accused of whining about the situation only to drum up sales of his new record.
Vibe.com posted a question Hot 97's posed on its Instagram account about Ciara putting up photos of Future Zahir and Wilson together.
Hot 97 co-Host Ebro Darden started the conversation by expressing his reservations about the photos of Wilson with Ciara's son.
"I wonder is Russell has had a convo with Future? He should & Ciara should make sure that happens, this is not OK to me..." Ebro wrote on Instagram.
The Hot 97 Instagram account then asked on theshaderoominc, "How do you feel about the pictures of Russell Wilson with Future's son?"
Rapper T.I. sided with Future with a more colorful rant (see his response at vibe.com).
DJ Akademiks also sided with Future in a radio interview.
International Business Times, however, reported that Nikki Minaj and Amber Rose both support the happy couple.
Both Minaj and Rose posted tweets in favor of Ciara, Minaj backing another tweet that read "Russell Wilson > Future and Rose tweeting, "I'm soooooo happy for Ciara!!!"
While Ciara and Future both have gone public with the feud, Wilson has remained silent.
