Women’s mixed martial arts icon Ronda Rousey is starring as herself in an upcoming biopic, but another Rousey-centric film coming out will be a little less factually accurate. It’s called “Ronda ArouseMe: Grounded and Pounded,” and it stars Kleio Valentien as a faux-Rousey.
In case you’re slightly slow on the uptake, it’s a porno. And Valentien apparently wants to take Rousey, the undefeated UFC women’s bantamweight champion, on a date.
Perhaps it’s to improve her method acting?

“If I could ask her out on a date, I would totally do that,” Valentien told The New York Post. “Ronda, if you ever listen to this, please go out on a date with me.”
According to Valentien, Rousey hasn’t expressed any displeasure with the pun on her name—and the UFC fighting style of ground and pound—being used in this erotic context. “I personally have not gotten any feedback from her. I’m glad that she’s not angry about it and that she’s a good sport about it and she knows that it’s all in good fun,” Valentien said.
“We have had some people who are angry about it, who think she’s worked really hard to be more than just a good woman fighter but a great fighter in general, that we were sexualizing her too much. There are always gonna be certain people who are angry.”

Valentien better hope Rousey doesn’t get angry. She is 12-0 in her career with every fight but one ending in less than one minute. Rousey’s signature move is the armbar, but she’s managed to subdue some of her more recent opponents with a variety of punches and strikes. Her last three fights combined have lasted a total of 64 seconds.
Look out Ms. Valentien.
