Ronda Rousey, Floyd Mayweather Feud: 'Rowdy' Shows The World how She'd Submit 'Money' On Ellen [VIDEO]

Fight fans of boxing, mixed martial arts, or both often wonder how women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey would fare in a fight vs. a man, particularly undefeated boxing champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. UFC president Dana White is on record saying Rousey would “rag doll” Mayweather, and on the talk show Ellen, Rousey demonstrated how she’d go about it.

A crew member named Andy Lassner was Rousey’s victim for the demonstration, and she was taking it easy on him. Rousey doesn’t like Mayweather, so it could conceivably get ugly for the pound-for-pound champion unless boxing rules were in effect.

Rousey showed off how she’d hip-toss and then transition into her famed armbar, and also displayed how futile resistance is against her techniques. Inside the UFC octagon no opponent has figured her out; she’s 12-0 in her career, and her last three fights combined have lasted a total of one minute and four seconds.

It’s unlikely that Mayweather and Rousey would ever fight. The differences between MMA and boxing are vast, and Rousey has said she could never condone a man fighting a woman. Conversely, Mayweather has an ugly history of domestic violence that wouldn’t be enhanced by a spectacle like fighting Rousey. The women’s champ knows about Mayweather’s transgressions too, and let him have it verbally more than once.

In response, the mocked rumors that Mayweather can’t read, and impolitely informed him she is the highest-paid fighter in the UFC. She also made that point with Ellen, but more eloquently.
