The Deflategate scandal turned Brady's mood into a force Bundchen hadn't expected, putting turmoil in their marriage.

But after the four-game suspension against Brady was vacated in court, he told Gisele he would make changes.

"Tom has made her some promises that he is going to shape up going forward and she is willing to listen," a score told eonline.com. "When things are good between them, they are crazy in love. Tom is focused on this season and Gisele is there to support him."

"Now that the investigation and the appeal are over, Tom is feeling a lot of relief and that he can get his life back on track."

Eonline.com confirmed previous reports of strife between the couple. However, it said a tipping point was a photo of Christine Ouzounian, Ben Affleck's nanny, wearing Brady's four Super Bowl rings as the three were on a jaunt to Las Vegas -- unbeknownst to Jennifer Garner, Affleck's wife.

Apparently, unbeknownst to Bundchen as well as "the photo was hugely upsetting" for her, the source told E!

"Gisele became jealous and enraged," the source relayed to eonline.com. "She had a very serious conversation with Tom and, honestly, I didn't know if things were going to work out between them.

"She went to Brazil for a week and that scared Tom a little bit. She also missed his birthday and the first few preseason games for the Patriots. She was definitely sending him a message that things had to change."

It will be interesting to see what happens if the NFL's appeal of Brady's suspension being thrown out is successful.
