Former NFL receiver Terrell Owens is not used to be a victim in the public eye, but that seems to be the case with a brewing story involving T.O., a man named Arman, and some nasty back-and-forth stuff that happened in a Starbucks in California.
A video has surfaced of a man berating Owens, who is relatively calm in responding to the agitated, and threatening man. Arman claims Owens kicked him and tripped him, and then threw a cup of coffee at him. T.O. has countered that the man was harassing him, and then threw a drink at Owens and a female friend first before he returned the favor.
As the confrontation escalated, Arman can be heard slinging the N-word at Owens, and later shouting that he was a “spear chucking, monkey looking mother f****r.” Arman said he is not a racist, but was just trying to upset Owens as much as possible. "I just wanted to make him mad and sad. I'm Middle Eastern and Muslim and not KKK,” he told TMZ.
Arman defended his use of the n-word, claiming it was okay to say it because he left the “r” off at the end. "I don't want my name to be ruined with all my African-American friends because that's as racist as it gets. I come from a very politically active family and community who has fought for the rights of any and every group that has ever been racially discriminated against."
