JJ Watt Workouts: The 9,000 Calorie Diet And Regimen That Makes You Feel Lazy [VIDEO]

That well-to-do man with $100 million and abs popping out of his earlobes, that's J.J. Watt. The Texans DL -- complete with an aw-shucks attitude -- will lead you to believe he has troubles in the ladies department.

"People [I know] think that I've never dated before, or whatever," he said, per NFL.com. "But I'm trying. I'm trying. I'm just unsuccessful. My schedule's so crazy and life's so busy, it just hasn't worked."

While it's difficult for some to comprehend how a successful NFL star can struggle in the ladies department, it's still true. This isn't an act. Watt is genuine.

And a little crazy.

Driven to become the best player imaginable, Watt's workout regimen includes a 3:45 a.m. wakeup call, two-a-days and more iron than a steam-propelled warship.

"I think a lot of people would probably say that [I'm crazy]," he said. "Because, I mean, I've dedicated my life to try to be great at a game. And at the end of the day, that's all it is -- it's a game.

"And sometimes I'll sit there and think, In 50 years, is anybody gonna care? Is anybody gonna care how hard I worked? Is anybody gonna care that I woke up at 3:45 in the morning to work out?"

No, but they'll probably care that you digest 9,000 calories a day. An interview with Muscle & Fitness revealed Watt consumes 50 slices of bacon, 20 chicken breasts and 13 whole avocados on a regular basis. Even brunch -- typically a light Sunday special -- was taken to another level.

"Brunch is my favorite meal," Watt said. "[I] had a massive potato pancake omelet. Then I had stuffed French toast with berries and stuff. The omelet is still pretty darn healthy.

"The stuffed French toast was the cheat meal, but that was delicious."

You can go as far as saying that Watt is obsessed with his craft, but as the old adage goes, "obsessed" is a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated.
