Steph Curry Rumors: 2015 MVP Gives Figurative Middle Finger To Critics [VIDEO]

In a new ad for CoachUp, Warriors point guard Stephen Curry, already considered by many to be the greatest shooter in NBA history, crushed scouts who doubted he’d be able to make it in the Association.

With Drake’s “0 to 100” playing in the background, Curry can be seen working on his game in the gym while he does a voiceover listing the many knocks on him coming out of Davidson in 2009. Some of the criticisms are truly laughable in hindsight, now that Curry is an MVP and a world champion.

Here are some things he apparently had to work on.

“Explosiveness and athleticism are sub-standard”

“Not a great finisher around the basket”

"Needs to considerably improve as a ball handler”

”Often struggles against physical defenders”

”He will have limited success at the next level”
