It was an awesome moment when Ronda Rousey shocked the world by getting into the ring at WrestleMania 31 last March, but perhaps that memory is best served standing on its own.
The reigning UFC women's bantamweight champion has vowed to get back to the squared circle, though UFC president Dana White described the situation as a "one-off." White also got into some hot water with wrestling fans, by calling it "fake s--t" on Twitter.

White has taken a softer stance on Rousey's WWE desires, saying that what she did with The Rock at WrestleMania was "cool," but he still doesn't think she'll take part in WrestleMania 32 at AT&T Stadium in Texas on April 3, 2016.
"The thing she did with WWE was cool, it was cool," White said, via FOX Sports. "She did a great job, I thought it was awesome, but believe me when I tell you she's got a lot of s--t to do. She's pretty busy. Why would you want to see her wrestle when you can see her fight?"

Even if her schedule clears up, here are three reasons why "Rowdy" shouldn't return to the squared circle.
1) She's A Real Fighter
Yes, Brock Lesnar was successful in both arenas and guys like Ken Shamrock, Dan Severn and others jumped back and forth from the WWE and UFC, but there's no reason Rousey should do it as well. "Rowdy" is a legitimate beast in the Octagon, so how can anyone take one of the WWE Divas, or even Stephanie McMahon, seriously if they go after her? As White said, if you've already seen her fight in the Octagon, why do you want to see her fake it in the ring?
2) Taking Up A Spot
There has been a lot of controversy in the past when part-timers like The Rock returned and took the main event spot at the biggest show of the year, especially after being away from the action for so long. For people who bust their ass and travel all year long for the WWE, it's always a point of contention to take a backseat to someone who only comes around for the big paydays. Rousey taking up a slot on the card at WrestleMania will likely take time away from other Divas, which could lead to some backstage angst.
3) Risk Of Injury
It sounds ridiculous, considering she makes a living trying to avoid getting attacked by another human and beating the snot out of her opponents, but the transition into the squared circle for non-wrestlers is always a tough one. It's one thing to really play defense, but to take a bump on purpose when you've spent your whole life avoiding any type of fall is sometimes tough to do. The outcomes in wrestling may be scripted, but there are real-life injuries and when you already have a promising career as a fighter, is it really worth the risk?
