It may have taken tragedy to accomplish it, but Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are giving their marriage another shot.
Though he spent nearly two years trying to win her back, Odom couldn't convince his wife to get back together with him. Frustrated by her husband's refusal to go to rehab, Kardashian finally had enough and filed for divorce in December 2013, but chose to sit on the papers rather than go through with it.

Then, when tragedy struck, everything changed.
After Odom's near-death experience, perhaps there is a possibility of happily ever after for the couple. Odom and Kardashian have opted to give their marriage another shot and dismissed the divorce papers they filed, according to TMZ.

Per the report, Kardashian's lawyer, Laura Wasser, went before a judge Wednesday morning and asked to have the papers the couple signed to end their marriage dismissed, which was approved.
The couple both signed the motion to have the files dismissed, which in turn seems to end Kardashian's relationship with Hawks star James Harden. There were reports Tuesday that the reality television star put her relationship with Harden on ice, and it appears she has done so in order to be with Odom.
As recently as this summer, Kardashian was hell-bent on severing ties with the former NBA star, but after he nearly died, things have obviously changed. Odom was hospitalized earlier this month after being found unconscious at the Love Ranch, a brothel in Crystal, Nevada.
Odom was reportedly in a tailspin over losing Kardashian and nearly lost his life due to heavy use of cocaine and an "herbal Viagra" supplement.
With the latest drama and moving pieces, it's never been more compelling to keep up with the Kardashians.
