It's hard to fathom, but $115 million man Lamar Odom is struggling financially and getting bailed out by Khloe Kardashian...for now.
Odom's partying ways with drugs and hookers has gotten him into some deep trouble when it comes to his wallet, especially due to his latest scare, and Kardashian is there to help him get through his rehabilitation. Kardashian dropped her divorce to the former NBA star in the wake of his recent near-death experience, but it isn't just purely out of love for him.

Kardashian canceled the proceedings because she knows Odom doesn't have anyone else in his life to help him recover and he is also, unbelievably enough, on the Kardashian health insurance policy, according to TMZ.
That's correct, Odom, who made $115,967,658 during his NBA career spanning from 1999-2013, according to Basketball Reference, is poor and can't even afford his own health insurance. Let that sink in for a minute. That is a lot of drugs and hookers.

It's tough to criticize someone who is lost in the throes of addiction, but the fall of Odom is almost nonsensical. Odom peaked in 2008-09 when he made over $14 million, but even in his final season in the NBA, he made over $8 million with the Clippers in 2012-13. That means in the two years since that payday, he's lost much or all of it.
According to TMZ, Odom's medical bills will be in the many millions, and he doesn't have the financial means to pull it off alone. Thus, Kardashian is there to help him out with some of his needs, including keeping him on her family's health plan.
Odom nearly lost his life at the Love Ranch in Crystal, Nevada when he overused cocaine and an "herbal Viagra" supplement, leading to him falling comatose. Kardashian filed for a split from her hubby in December, but the health scare helped the two to reconcile and she's been by his side since it occurred and has vowed to remain with him through his extensive rehab process.
Kardashian's loyalty isn't based on health insurance alone, as she ended her relationship with Hawks star James Harden to get back with Odom. Still, the reality television star insists that if Odom does drugs again, she's leaving him.
