Hopefully Blake Griffin is smarter than JJ Watt.
Smokin' hot model Samantha Hoopes threw herself at the NBA star in a similar way to how fellow model Lindsey Pelas did the same with Watt, who eventually lost his shot with her. Hopefully Griffin has more sense than that.

The Sports Illustrated swimsuit model said she has a thing for the Clippers star and wouldn't mind getting close to him.
"Blake obviously," Hoopes told TMZ when asked which athlete she'd like to connect with. "I mean why not right?"

As for her appeal to him, Hoopes was amazing.
"Hey Blake, it's Samantha Hoopes here," she said. "Do you ever wanna shoot some hoops?"

How could he possibly turn her down?
Hoopes, who was linked to Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson in the past, said she likes basketball "way more" than football because she likes sports where they keep the ball moving. Griffin better act fast, because Hoopes isn't about to be held down.
The model said she dates, but doesn't put labels, adding, "Unless I have a ring on my finger, I check the singles box."
Hoopes rattled off plenty of things she likes about Griffin, saying he's a "good package" and adding that she likes his freckles and thinks he's a great player.
It shouldn't take Griffin too long to come up with things he likes about Hoopes and hopefully he's a little quicker to get into the action than Watt was with Pelas.
After all, as the model points out, it seems like the couple is destined to be together.
"My last names Hoopes, he plays basketball," she said.
