Paige has never been one to hold back and her latest target was a WWE Hall of Famer.

Alundra Blayze a.k.a. Medusa called out Paige on Instagram, hinting at a match between them and referring to the Women's Championship she won in the 1990's as the "real" Divas gold. Blayze, who was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in March, also teased that she was training for an in-ring return and wanted to take on the two-time Divas Champion.

Paige's Arrogance Costing Her In WWE

Paige responded on Twitter, challenging Blayze to step through the ropes and even referencing a past controversial incident involving Blayze and her championship. When the former Women's Champion left WWE for WCW in 1995, she still possessed Vince McMahon's company's Women's Championship and infamously threw it in the garbage on WCW Monday Nitro. Paige said she'd never do that.

After Paige's response, Blayze fired off another Instagram post, saying she's "dreaming" of a match with the Norwich, England native and hoping that she can return for one last battle.

5 Key Storylines On Monday Night RAW

It's unknown at this time if the ladies are just going off on their own or if the WWE has plans to have them face-off, but the two ladies are at least staying in character in their posts, which lends to the belief that they may very well go head-to-head down the line.

Blayze, whose real name is Debrah Miceli, is 51 years of age, but appears to be in good enough shape to return for a final match. She hasn't wrestled in the WWE since defecting to WCW in 1995, where she remained until the company went under and was purchased by McMahon in 2001.

The three-time WWE Women's Champion hasn't wrestled since 2001, so it remains to be seen if she can still give it a go in the squared circle.

With WrestleMania 32 season a few months away, a Paige vs. Blayze showdown could be in the works.
