From one successful female athlete to another, race car driver Danica Patrick is pretty much aware of who Ronda Rousey is and what she has accomplished thus far.
Patrick has been in the race car niche for quite some time now and is obviously a success. She sees Rousey doing the same and this early she offers some friendly advice to the UFC Women’s Bantamweight champion: “Keep being you.”

Caught before a scheduled event, Patrick took time out to answer some questions on Rousey and apparently she has been following the success story of the UFC women’s champion too.
“I feel like she does a really good job of being who she is. I think that’s what people see in her. I feel like when I see her, I see Ronda. I feel like she’s being honest and upfront. We as consumers love to see that,” says Patrick via Sporting News.

Patrick believes that she and Rousey share something in common -- starting from zero to hero -- emphasizing as well that it took both of them some time to reach where they were now. Like Rousey, Patrick is also looked up to by the female niche of establishing themselves in two sports obviously dominated by the male species. They have served as inspirations to the younger women of today and apparently moving forwad.
While Patrick is busy on the race tracks, Rousey is gearing up for her much anticipated return to the Octagon next weekend for UFC 193 against challenger Holly Holm at the Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Australia. As before, Rousey is a heavy favorite to prevail.
