Whether intentional or not, Khloe Kardashian is getting a lot of publicity over her love triangle with husband Lamar Odom and boyfriend James Harden.
In what might or might not be considered an explanation of her relationship with her estranged husband, who is recovering from a stroke after spending a week at a Nevada brothel, Kardashian explained that "I'm still married for a multitude (of) reasons, but intimacy is not one of them," NBC News reported.

She made that comment during a book signing in Hollywood earlier in the week, according to the report.
Apparently, no one asked the logical follow-up question about what the "multitude" of reasons were.

She said that Odom is aware that she still is dating the Rockets' star guard but added that she filters most of the news of the outside world to Odom, intentionally keeping it as vague as possible.
"He is aware of what I tell him or the messages I give him," she said, "all positive and filtered things, of course. He also can't really digest all that information right now."
Kardashian added that she is experiencing the highs and lows of life. Odom's health issues have interrupted what would've been a celebration of her accomplishment of writing her new book, "Strong Is Better Naked."
"As great as this book is for me, it's just bad timing right now," she said. "It's hard to even feel comfortable sitting here doing something like this (attending a book signing to promote her book). ... I'm here because I have to be here, contractually."
It doesn't exactly sound as if Odom is giving her ample reasons to stay married.
