Cleveland Browns Johnny Manziel Rumors: Johnny Football Showing Rehab Didn't Work On Browns' Bye Week [VIDEO]

Johnny Manziel said he wouldn't be a "distraction" or "embarrassment" during the Browns' bye week. Johnny Football lied.

The Browns quarterback went on a two-day party bender and there's footage to prove it, according to TMZ. In the 12-second video, Manziel is seen rapping with some friends as they party at a nightclub in Austin, TX and the signal caller has a bottle of champagne in his hand.

Johnny Manziel Needs Tim Tebow Treatment To Succeed

It's especially concerning for Manziel, considering he entered a treatment center earlier this year due to his penchant for rampant partying. The former Heisman Trophy winner was seen partying it up on back-to-back nights this week and the alcohol in the clip wasn't a prop as witnesses saw him boozing, TMZ reports.

Manziel may not have gotten into any trouble, but it's certainly a concern considering he vowed to change his ways when he was through with his treatment. It seems on the bye week, his priorities were to drink and party rather than try and figure out how to turn around his struggling football team, which has played to a grisly 2-8 record.

Johnny Manziel, Drew Brees Comparisons Have To Stop

The second-year quarterback told the media last week that he was excited to be named Cleveland's full-time quarterback, but it appears his excitement reached a fever pitch during the bye week. Manziel vowed not to "be a distraction to this team or be an embarrassment to the organization," but he did just the opposite of that.

Manziel said he was going to just relax "like everyone else" during the bye, but obviously he has a different way of taking it easy than most people. Prior to the partying, Manziel seemed to have his priorities in order.

"I think these guys know I'm dialed in," he told the Browns' official website. "I'm focused on this stuff and I'm ready to try and put us in the best position to win on Sundays."

Apparently, dialed in means he's hitting the bottle again.
