Odell Beckham Jr. could be closing in on his best catch yet -- and it would happen off of an NFL field.
Rihanna has always had a thing for bad-boy athletes and it appears the flashy Giants wide receiver has caught the eye of the "American Oxygen" singer, who wants to be more than friends with him.

Perhaps the temper tantrum Beckham threw against the Panthers in Week 15 got the attention of the singer and is just the kind of thing she's into, even if it netted him a one-game suspension.
"Simply speaking, Odell can get it. Rihanna would rock his little world," a source close to the pop star told HollywoodLife.com. "She's secretly attracted to him on the highest level. Quiet as it's kept, they're talking. It's just texting and whatnot. It's super platonic. For the first time ever in her life, she's shy. She doesn't want him to know just how much she wants him."

But is the feeling mutual?
Rumors have swirled about Beckham's sexuality as reports came out that Carolina used homophobic slurs to get under his skin during that fateful game. Beckham's childhood friend, Kavahra Holmes (who also has ridiculous hair) took to Instagram to set the record straight, which means the receiver could be swooping in on RiRi sometime soon.

The anonymous source also told the publication that Rihanna DVR's Giants games just to watch Beckham play, adding that she "loves looking at his body."
"They're friendly and Rihanna hasn't told him that she's interested in being more than just friends, but that certainly is what she secretly wants," the source added.
If that's the case, Rihanna is looking to add Beckham to her list of bad-boy lovers. The singer has been romantically linked to Cavaliers guard J.R. Smith, Padres outfielder Matt Kemp and Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton.
Rihanna also had ties to Grizzlies star Matt Barnes, but she denied anything was there.
Though the Giants (6-9) missed the playoffs and suffered a horrendous 49-17 loss to the Vikings on national television without Beckham on Sunday, the receiver can quickly rebound by hooking up with Rihanna.
