Rob Gronkowski traded in his football pads for a wrestling T-shirt and was amongst the WWE Universe on Tuesday.
The Patriots tight end attended a WWE Live Event in Providence, R.I. and, like everywhere Gronkowski goes, the party followed him. The NFL star is good friends with NXT wrestler Mojo Rawley, who was on the road with the main roster this week.
As Rawley came out for his tag team match with his partner Zack Ryder, he and Gronkowski got "hyped." Maybe Gronkowski can bring this energy with him into the Patriots' regular season finale against the Dolphins on Sunday.

After the bout, the Hype Bros. also took a picture with Gronkowski, who seemed thrilled to be there.

While the one-time Super Bowl champion and four-time Pro Bowler's presence was embraced by the NXT tag team, Lana didn't quite have the same reaction. The "Ravishing Russian" tweeted angrily toward Gronkowski after he left the event early, during her fiancé Rusev's match.

Gronkowski may have a way with the ladies, but it looks like he spurned one of the hottest WWE Divas on the roster.
