Cena is the most popular wrestler in the world. Ignore the boos you’ll hear at times when he comes out, because while Cena draws the scorn of “smarks,” the hipster portion of wrestling fans, legions of young WWE-lovers worship him.

4. Johnny Manziel & Colleen Crowley
Manziel is one of the most talked-about athletes in the world, and it often has little to do with what he does on the field for the Browns. Manziel’s been dating Crowley since his days at Texas A&M, but this season his relationship took a sharp, negative turn.

Manziel was involved in a domestic violence incident involving Crowley in his car, in which he was allegedly seen hitting her inside a moving car that he was driving. Manziel admitted he had drank alcohol before driving the car, although police who responded ruled he was not intoxicated.
3. Aaron Rodgers & Olivia Munn
The Packers QB has had a down year by his standards, and some people blamed it on his famous girlfriend, Olivia Munn. Don’t think she stood by idly while her name was dragged through the mud though.

Munn can handle herself, and she and Rodgers are one of the most fun sports couples out there.

2. Russell Wilson & Ciara
The Seahawks’ season started off so poorly that some fans began a crowd funding effort to break these two lovebirds up. It didn’t work. The two look as happy as ever, and Wilson’s playing the best football of his career.

These two are among the most talked about couples for what they won’t do – have sex. Wilson and Ciara have vowed celibacy until they are married, so few people in the world are under such pressure to get hitched.
1. Lamar Odom & Khloe Kardashian
Odom and Khloe aren’t just the most talked about couple in sports, they might be the most talked about people period. Odom, a former NBA champion, nearly died in October when he overdosed in a Las Vegas brothel. He was in a coma, and while he’s since come out of it, reports from the hospital say that his recovery is going very slowly.
Khloe called off her divorce from Odom to be by his side while he recovers, but all the while she’s also dating Rockets guard James Harden. She sandwiched rapper French Montana in between Odom and Harden. It’s a big, complicated mess and it’s going to remain that way.
