It’s no secret that Aaron Rodgers has not seemed like himself this season without wide receiver Jordy Nelson helping him out. Perhaps instead of burying his nose in the playbook more, or spending extra time in the film room, Rodgers needs to take a page out of his girlfriend’s book and toughen up.
Rodgers’ main squeeze, actress Olivia Munn, is starring as “Psylocke” in the upcoming X-Men film, and to do so she’s required to bulk up. No matter where she is – even on an airplane – Munn is putting in work.

Rodgers has been under siege in most of his games this season, which isn’t helped by his receivers repeatedly failing to get open. Maybe if Rodgers was pounding out clap push-ups like Munn he’d withstand pass rushes better?

At least this week when his Packers travel to D.C. to face the Redskins in the first round of the playoffs he won’t be up against one of the league’s more fierce pass rushes. Washington ranks 22nd in the NFL against the pass, so we’ll see how badly he needs to step his workout game up.
