Calvin Johnson shocked the NFL world when he announced he was evaluating his playing future on Wednesday. One look at his fiance, however, and it’s easy to see why.
Brittney McNorton -- a promotions manager in the Lions front office -- got engaged with Johnson in 2015. The couple is scheduled to wed on June 4, right around the time the Lions would schedule OTAs ahead of the 2016 season.

McNorton is absent from social media altogether. Her last Instagram post was 35 weeks ago.

Don’t mistake McNorton’s kindness for weakness, though.
This is the same woman who threatened to “molly wop” the mother of Johnson’s son in 2014, per TMZ Sports. If that kind of strong love isn’t enough to keep you home, then nothing else will.
