James Harden, Khloe Kardashian Relationship Update: Khloe Should Help Rockets Star Get In Shape, Not Her Brother [VIDEO]

Khloe Kardashian is giving her advice to the wrong person.

The reality star is hoping to whip her overweight brother Rob into shape, but perhaps she should be gearing her health tips toward her boyfriend. James Harden has been criticized for being out of shape many times throughout his NBA career, including at the start of this season.

Khloe's New Reality Show Is Insensitive To Lamar Odom

With Rob becoming a bit of a recluse lately, Kardashian has tried to motivate him through some words she should have saved for Harden.

"I guess since I started transforming my body and myself after such a low point in my life, people see me as some sort of expert on the subject," Kardashian wrote in a recent blog post via Page Six. "I'm not claiming to be one, but I do have some insight to share it. I told Rob a while back: the best form of revenge is a good body."

Khloe Hurts Another Man, Gets Away With It

That good body Kardashian covets isn't always found on Harden. The Rockets shooting guard also had a rough start to the year on the court and is trying to make up for it. His issues could stem from the myriad distractions his girlfriend provides, such as going to concerts with ex-boyfriend French Montana and pulling the plug on her divorce to ailing Lamar Odom in order to support him.

As Khloe writes, Harden can always get over his woes in the gym.

"There literally is no downfall to working out your blues in the gym," Khloe wrote. "You'll feel better, and the by-product will be a fierce bod that's bound to make your ex do a double-take."

If Harden continues getting out of shape, he could end up being Khloe's ex. On the court, Houston is 18-19 this season, but as Kardashian told Rob (and should have told Harden), you have to stay positive.

"Nothing lasts forever -- that's the good news and the bad news!" she wrote. "Focus on the positive and don't fake it."
