Caroline Wozniacki still is not following New Zealand rugby player Shaun Johnson. Yet.

But the two athletes seem to be continuing their budding relationship through the media, the New Zealand Herald is reporting.

Johnson crashed Wozniacki's press conference following her second-round match at the ASB Classic in Auckland, New Zealand. Posing as a member of the media, Johnson asked some questions of the Danish tennis star -- one of which was whether she would follow him on Instagram.

Wozniacki agreed, but she hadn't followed through, Johnson said.

"No she's not [following me]," he said via the publication, speaking after a charity tennis match on Thursday night. "So can you guys ask her in the next press conference? Say Shaun was just in your seat and still hasn't received a following, so just ask her."

Reporters did just that following Wozniacki's quarterfinal victory over Alexandra Dulgheru.

"So he's stalking my Instagram now, that's good to know!" joked the Dane.

"I don't know, he should ask me himself."

Wozniacki seems to make news every time she interacts with a professional male athlete. She was linked to Celtics player David Lee last month when the two were spotted at a Miami hotel together.

The No. 17 player in the world, Wozniacki dated Texans defensive end J.J. Watt for a brief period during the spring of 2015, with Watt even accompanying Wozniacki to Paris while she competed in the French Open. But by Wimbledon the next month, the two had gone their separate ways.

Wozniacki was also engaged to golf superstar Rory McIlroy in 2014. The wedding invitations had just been sent when McIlroy got cold feet and broke it off with the tennis sensation over the phone.

The couple had been together nearly three years.
