Aaron Rodgers found his game on Sunday, leading the Packers to a 35-18 win over the Redskins in the NFC Wildcard round of the playoffs. And it was far less significant than a major development in his personal life, according to OK Magazine.
It’s been reported that Rodgers finally popped the question to his longtime girlfriend, actress Olivia Munn, and is now engaged. “Olivia wasn’t expecting it, but they’re so in love he just couldn’t wait,” a source told OK Magazine. The source also said that, like a gentleman, Rodgers asked for the approval of Munn’s family before the big ask, and did his proposal following a “romantic dinner.”

Maybe Rodgers’ poor play on the field was due to anxiety about getting hitched? Although Rodgers and Munn haven’t confirmed anything publicly, Rodgers’ play significantly improved Sunday evening vs. the Redskins. He completed 58 percent of his passes, going 21-of-36 for 210 yards and two touchdowns with no picks.
The Packers certainly looked more fluid this week after back-to-back drubbings against the Cardinals and Vikings to close the regular season. The Cardinals loss in particular was ugly, with Rodgers going 15-for-28 with just 151 yards, a touchdown and a pick. They mustered just eight points vs. Arizona, and 13 the following week in Minnesota.
