The Patriots tight end has been romantically linked to former NFL cheerleader Camille Kostek, but he may not be the only man in her life.

Kostek has been spotted out and about with singer Nick Fradlani and has been "on-and-off" with him since last May, according to Page Six. Gronkowski may be sharing time with Fradlani when it comes to his rumored girlfriend.
"Nick met Camille when he was doing 'Idol' promos last year," a source told the affiliate. "She was even seen with him at the tapings last May. They have seen each other several times during the past year."

Kostek appears to still be linked to Gronkowski as she posted a photo cheering him on at Gillette Stadium on Saturday. The Patriots defeated the Chiefs, 27-20, and Gronkowski scored two touchdowns while hauling in seven passes for 83 yards.

While she spent Jan. 16 cheerleading for Gronkowski, Kostek rang in the New Year by Fradlani's side, according to Page Six.
On the field, things are thriving for Gronkowski as the Patriots are headed to the AFC Championship Game for the fifth straight year. With a victory, New England will head to the Super Bowl for the second consecutive season.
Off the field, he may be embroiled in some relationship drama.
