Tim Tebow To St. Louis Rams Rumors: Sam Bradford Season Ending Injury Opening Door For Tebowmania? [VIDEO]

The NFL Network is reporting the St. Louis Rams "have already discussed" the prospect of signing free agent quarterback Tim Tebow after starter Sam Bradford reportedly suffered a season-ending ACL injury in the team's 30-15 Week 7 road loss to Carolina.

Kellen Clemens replaced Bradford in Sunday's game and it's now looking more and more like Bradford's injury is indeed serious. The Rams are said to be leaning toward also adding another veteran at the position. Clemens completed just 2-of-4 passes for 19 yards against the Panthers.

Currently, the Rams don't have another quarterback on the roster or on their practice squad. The team plays host to the NFC West-leading Seattle Seahawks on Monday night and do not have a bye until Week 11.

As for Tebow, the former Heisman Trophy winner from Florida last played a regular-season NFL game in Week 16 of 2012 with the Jets. He was released by New York in April, then signed with the Patriots later in the offseason, only to be cut during training camp.

More recently, Tebow has been linked to both the Jacksonville Jaguars and Cleveland Browns, two teams which have dealt with injuries at the quarterback position.
