Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian may never truly get back together, but the reality star has continued to pull through for her husband.
Part of being there for the fallen NBA star even means going above and beyond to include him in the Kardashian family's activities. The "Kocktails With Khloe" star boarded a private jet with Odom on Wednesday night and the two were likely headed to New York City, according to TMZ.

This is just the latest step in Odom's miraculous recovery from a near-fatal overdose at a Nevada brothel in October. It's hard to imagine the former NBA star making this type of recovery without the emotional and financial support of his wife.
Though Kardashian has insisted that they aren't romantically involved anymore, she's more than upheld her end of the bargain for her husband. Not only did the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star delay her divorce to Odom in order to support him during his near-death experience, but she's made sure he's been comfortable every step of the way.
James Harden Didn't Like Khloe Kardashian's Breasts
The former couple was spotted out hiking along with Kim Kardashian over the weekend and now Khloe has taken Odom along with her on a plane, which was believed to be headed to the Big Apple for Kanye West's album release concert Thursday night.
Khloe also moved her estranged husband into a house next to hers to recover in after he was released from the hospital. The television star has a habit of staying close with her exes as she's been spotted around with rapper French Montana recently, but her bond with Odom is different.
Though her closeness to Odom could have been one of the many factors that led to her reported breakup with Rockets guard James Harden, it seems the romantic link Khloe once shared with Odom has helped her remain connected to him.
That kinship includes keeping him involved in family events, even if the divorce proceedings are likely to continue somewhere down the line.
