New York Mets News: Yoenis Cespedes' Cars Highlight Best Pics Of MLB Spring Training 2016 Opening Week [PHOTOS, VIDEO]

Let's face it, MLB spring training is pretty boring, that's why it takes the larger-than-life personalities of these baseball stars to help the public slog through the final weeks of winter.

A summer full of baseball is off in the distance, but getting through all of the exhibition games can be a very tedious chore. There is always that initial feeling of happiness when the players finally report, but then the realization that it isn't even March yet creeps in.

Mets Have Plenty Of Options For Opening Day Starter

Opening Night, April 3, seems so close, but at the same time, it seems so far.

Well luckily, it was a memorable report week for players and we've grabbed some of the best shots of spring training thus far.

The Mets are a very interesting team heading into this season as they are hoping their young rotation and solid lineup will help them build upon last year's surprising run to the World Series, but no one cared about any of that this week. At the start of spring training, it was all about what kind of ridiculous vehicle Yoenis Cespedes would roll up into Port St. Lucie, Fla. with next.

And he didn't disappoint as the outfielder was the highlight of spring training this week:

Though the Cubs lost to the Mets in the NLCS last year, they weren't set to be outdone this week. Jake Arrieta got in some throwing on the field, but not in the traditional sense. He had some fun with the pigskin, tossing around a football with teammates:

The other kind of futbol was on display, as Blue Jays outfielder Jose Bautista took a break from his stiff contract negotiations (or lack there of) to play a little soccer:

New Giants pitcher Johnny Cueto already feels right at home, and he's having a ball with his new club:

The Mariners turned the attention back to baseball, but it came with disastrous results:

These people can also relate, thanks to Cubs slugger Kyle Schwarber:

The Royals are still (weirdly) celebrating their World Series title:

The best news of the week, of course, is that baseball is very, very near:
