Sasha Banks WWE Rumors: Vince McMahon Reportedly Views 'The Boss' As Daniel Bryan, Explaining Lack Of Push [VIDEO]

Sasha Banks may have as difficult a time getting a chance as Daniel Bryan did.

The WWE did their best to bury "The Beard," but a groundswell of support and full-on revolt against the planned Batista vs. Randy Orton match at WrestleMania XXX in 2014 eventually led to his crowning moment.

While perhaps not quite as over as Bryan, "The Boss" certainly has a large following in the WWE Universe as fans frequently chant "We Want Sasha" throughout the WWE's programs.

It seems regardless of how over Banks is and how good she is in the ring and as a character, Vince McMahon may be skeptical of pushing her.

The WWE chairman reportedly believes that Banks has only one speed and that it's "all-out," and he compared her to Bryan by saying she's injury prone, according to F4WOnline.com.

It had appeared Banks was set to have her crowning moment at WrestleMania 32 on April 3 at AT&T Stadium in Dallas during the Triple Threat Match with Women's Champion Charlotte and Becky Lynch. The former NXT Champion, however, didn't win the gold and wasn't involved in the decision.

There have since been rumors that Banks will finally win the belt at SummerSlam in August, but right now she is barely being utilized on television. This week, she appeared on "Main Event," while she's been notably absent from "Monday Night RAW."

Banks recently dealt with a concussion, which could explain her absence from television, but the WWE has been stalling her push for months now, even before the reported injury.

As for the upcoming brand extension, Banks recently said she hopes to end up on "SmackDown."

"To know that there's a possibility that I can be on either 'RAW' or 'SmackDown' -- which I'm kinda leaning more toward 'SmackDown' because that was my favorite -- I think it's gonna be awesome for the WWE and the WWE Universe because it's just gonna be better," Banks said. "I really can't wait for July to come around, so fingers crossed, 'SmackDown.'"
