Rusev and Lana have set a date for their wedding and WWE "Total Divas" cameras will be there to capture it all.
The "Ravishing Russian" and the "Bulgarian Brute" will head down the aisle on Sept. 2 and their nuptials are slated to be filmed for the WWE Network reality show, according to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter (via WrestlingInc).
Lana is slated to be a cast member on Season 6 of "Total Divas," and much like the rest of the ladies, her significant other will also be featured prominently on the show. The blonde bombshell revealed back in October that she and Rusev are engaged.
At the time of the engagement, the reigning United States Champion and his bride-to-be were at odds on-screen, causing the WWE to change its plans.
Rusev recently opened up about planning his wedding with Lana.
"[The planning] is good, expensive," Rusev told Michael Cole in his weekly sit-down interview last month. "Expensive, unlike you're wedding. But it's good 'cause I'd give anything for my wife."
Rusev also said he doesn't mind the cameras constantly being in he and his fiancee's faces all the time during the filming of the reality show.
There were plenty of rumors going around late last year that Lana's initial push fell apart because she drew the ire of WWE officials on multiple occasions.
She originally reportedly drew some heat back in October for ruining the storyline with her husband by revealing he engagement to TMZ. The incident was followed up with a real-life Twitter war with Paige, but the two ladies eventually cleared the air.
Now, it seem the couple is back in the WWE's good graces. Rusev is the reigning U.S. Champion, while Lana had her in-ring debut at WrestleMania 32 in April and will be a major part of "Total Divas."
