Bayley WWE Main Roster Debut Rumors: Brand Split Could Be Perfect Time To Call Up NXT Wrestler [POLL, VIDEO]

Bayley is looking forward to making the jump to the main roster and perhaps the forthcoming brand extension could serve as the perfect time to bring her up.

The former NXT Women's Champion has been pining for a spot on the WWE roster after a lengthy time in NXT.

There may be some skeptical fans when it comes to her main roster debut due to the treatment of Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch thus far. Both of those ladies had tremendous runs in NXT only to be put on the backburner upon their arrival to the big stage.

Nevertheless, Bayley recently publicy said that she's ready for her call up to the big time when discussing her future.

"Well, I am excited to come to Nashville," Bayley told Nashville Scene. "It's one of my favorite towns and the crowd was so amazing last time. And I want to join the WWE [main roster]. I really wanna have a match with Natty. She's been there and she's been a women's champion. And Nikki Bella after she comes back."

Natalya is currently involved in a program where she's an ally to Becky Lynch during a feud with newcomer Dana Brooke and reigning Women's Champion Charlotte. Bella is working her way back from a neck injury and may not return until late summer.

Bayley, meanwhile, isn't booked for the NXT Takeover: The End card next Wednesday.

With the WWE set to split its rosters into "RAW" and "SmackDown" Superstars next month, it could be the perfect time to call up Bayley. "SmackDown" will go live every Tuesday night starting July 19.

The WWE is going to need to deepen its talent field if it has any hopes of making each specific show stand out.

While such a move could deplete the NXT roster, the company will have to call Bayley up eventually and the timing couldn't be any better for it -- especially with an influx of new women to the WWE's minors system.

Do you think it's time for the WWE to call up Bayley once the brands split?
