Apple company got another exciting update for their consumers this year. Just recently, Apple officially released the latest iOS 10.2.1 update for its iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch products. The update came almost two months after they release the iOS 10.2.

The primary iOS 10.2.1 beta circulated last December 14 followed by its second beta on December 20th. Subsequently, the third and fourth beta was released last January 9th and January 12th respectively. So what the Apple product consumers expect on this latest update?

According to 9 to 5 Mac, the iOS 10.2.1 update includes bug fix and performance enhancement which means it already patch up certain issues that it came across during the release of iOS 10.2 update. iOS 10.2 introduced 100 new Unicode 9.0 emoji characters, a new TV app, new Message screen effects, an added camera feature and new wallpapers for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

Though iOS 10.2.1 didn't bring major changes, it is already a big help for users who almost every day are expecting updates from Apple. Another report also disclosed some features that this new update brings in.

According to Forbes, iOS 10.2.1 also includes security improvements for its security page wherein the software update already addresses under-the-hood kernel improvements. It also fixes issues that cause an activation-locked device that was redirected to the Home screen. And user will again expect another update for next month.

As iOS 10.3 is already primed to arrive next month with much more update is being expected. Rumors are saying that the iOS 10.3 will launched "Theater Mode" that will surely upgrade video viewing with muting notifications. It will also be controllable by tapping the popcorn-shaped icon.
