Tom Brady To Play For More 3 To 5 Years: NFL News And Updates

Tom Brady is a famous American football quarterback for New England Patriots team playing for the National Football League (NFL). The greatest news coming up for the fans of Tom Brady is that he is going to play for more 3 to 5 years.

According to NFL, Tom Brady who is 39 years old will be playing another three to five years and is not going anywhere anytime soon. He could work on another contract extension as soon as the next offseason.

This will be making Tom Brady retire at the age of 44-45. This is not surprising news for the fans but an exciting one. A player can be hit by age and shift in desire, but Brady never did shy to the fans for lengthening his career at any cost. In the past, Tom Brady has only missed one season i.e. the year 2008 due to his injury. He missed four games in the 2008 season.

The Sporting News reports that Tom Brady was always been optimistic from the past for playing football in his 40's as well and now this is coming true. Till now there has been no sign of slowing down of this energetic player. He has a record for throwing for 3,554 yards, 28 touchdowns and two interceptions in 12 regular season games in 2016 season.

Apart from 28 touchdowns, he threw five more touchdowns in New England's two postseason victories and is on the way to become the first quarterback in National Football League to win five Super Bowls in the upcoming Atlanta Falcons vs. Patriots.

Till now, Tom Brady has been awarded three Super Bowl MVP, i.e. Super Bowl XXXVI, Super Bowl XXXVIII, and Super Bowl XLIX. He has been also awarded two league MVP awards i.e. 2007 and 2010 and succeeded in being selected to 12 Pro Bowls. Tom Brady has a record of leading his team to highest division titles than any other quarterback in the history of National Football League.
