The Black Manta To Appear In 'Aquaman' Movie; Leonardo DiCaprio Becomes All-Out Maker Of 'The Black Hand'

"Aquaman" will be created by James Wan, and is set to premiere in early 2018. Reports suggest that there had been numerous meetings held over the last two weeks, as to who will be the nemesis that Aquaman has to face.

According to The Classical Arts, Yahya Abdul-Mateen, who is best known for his role in the movie, "The Get Down", will take the role of Black Mantra. The Black mantra is the greatest enemy of Aquaman.

Everything was settled down officially last Monday. Meanwhile, it is also reported that Nicole Kidman would likely be the mother of Aquaman, as she is Wan's favorite choice. Aquaman is a metahuman, specifically a half-human, half-Atlantean royal blood. In the movie, her love interest, Mera, will also showup.

Willem Defoe will be the royal science advisor, while Patrick Wilson will be Orm Marius or more widely known as the Ocean Master. The Ocean Master is Aquaman's half-brother. Unfortunately, he will also be one of the film's villains. "Aquaman" is said to premiere in July 2018.

Meanwhile, Leonardo DiCaprio is also reported to be busy on his own film entitled, "The Black Hand". According to Independent.co.uk, DiCaprio will be the film's producer as well as the character role.

The movie is based on a book written by Stephen Talty that bears the same name. The plotline is based on the true story which shows how mafia influence spread throughout the United States. The film will be set in the early 1900s.

As of now, reports are suggesting that the film maker is still on the search for a screenwriter. Surely, this movie will be one of the films that will echo through the sands of time.
